Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups diced bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the diced bread, cheese, meat, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
