Description
The Blue Salt Trick is a quick, no-cook drink that combines natural blue mineral salt with warm water and optional detox-friendly ingredients to support hydration, stamina, and circulation.
Ingredients
1 cup (8 oz) warm filtered water
½ to 1 tsp blue mineral salt (Peruvian or blue-hued sea salt)
¼ tsp baking soda (optional)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
½ tsp raw honey (optional)
Few drops ginger juice (optional)
Instructions

1. Pour warm filtered water into a glass.
2. Add blue mineral salt and stir until dissolved.
3. Add baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice if using.
4. Optionally mix in cayenne pepper, honey, or ginger juice.
5. Stir well and drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use high-quality, natural blue salt like Peruvian blue salt.
Drink 30–45 minutes before physical activity or in the morning for best results.
Do not exceed 1 tsp of salt per day.
