Description

This Blue Salt Trick for Belly Fat drink is a quick and powerful morning detox tonic made with Persian blue salt, lemon juice, and optional apple cider vinegar. It supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps kickstart fat metabolism—all in just 2 minutes a day.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Persian blue salt (finely ground)

  • 1 cup warm filtered water

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • (Optional) 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar

  • (Optional) 1/4 tsp raw honey for taste


Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine warm water and blue salt. Stir until fully dissolved.
