Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled, chopped apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.

- Fold in the chopped apples and spices (cinnamon and nutmeg). Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top before serving if desired.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra creaminess. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
