Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sausage
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 30-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the beef sausage and chopped turkey bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add milk, eggs, ranch seasoning mix, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; blend well.
- Stir in the cooked meats, thawed hash browns, and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish; top with remaining cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let it rest before serving.
Notes
Use thawed hash browns and mix cream cheese well for a smooth texture. This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored for later use.
