Description
Delicious and juicy burgers featuring ground chuck, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon, with a flavorful twist from ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mustard
- Mayo (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 6 uniform hamburger patties, pressing a small dimple in the center of each to prevent puffing while cooking.
- Grill the patties to your desired doneness over medium heat, using a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes after grilling, then serve on hamburger buns with toppings like lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the meat to prevent tough burgers. Toast the buns for extra texture. Experiment with different toppings to personalize your burger.
