Description

Delicious and light churro bites, coated with cinnamon sugar, made effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Cooking spray
  • Additional sugar and cinnamon for coating


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and add flour, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Fit a piping bag with a star tip and fill it with the churro dough.
  7. Pipe small bites onto parchment paper, then transfer to the air fryer basket.
  8. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  9. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  11. Toss churro bites in the sugar-cinnamon mixture before serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, or fresh fruit for a delightful treat.
