Description

A mineral-rich detox drink made with Himalayan salt and filtered water. Used to support hydration, reduce bloating, and ease digestion.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Himalayan pink salt (fine ground or coarse crystals)
  • 1½ cups filtered water (to start your sole)

  • Daily use: 1 tsp sole water

  • 1 cup warm filtered water (for drinking)

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon for extra vitamin C and flavor

Instructions

Make the Sole Concentrate

  1. Fill a clean glass jar ¼ of the way with pink Himalayan salt.

  2. Add filtered water until the jar is almost full.

  3. Cover with a non-metal lid and let sit for 12–24 hours.

  4. After 24 hours, check—if salt is still visible, it’s ready. If all dissolves, add more and wait another 12 hours.

Drink Daily

  1. Each morning, add 1 teaspoon of the sole concentrate to a glass of warm filtered water.

  2. Optional: add lemon juice for extra detox benefits.

Store the Sole

  1. Store at room temperature. It never expires

Notes

This sole water recipe isn’t a magic fix—but it’s been a simple, grounding habit in my own wellness routine. I like to start my mornings with a teaspoon of it stirred into warm water—especially on days when I want to reset without caffeine or sugar.

If you’re asking, “Does Himalayan salt melt fat?”—remember, no drink will do the work for you. But when used alongside whole foods, movement, and a bit of intention, this mineral-rich sip can help you feel more balanced, hydrated, and in tune with your body.

As always, listen to what works for you, and talk to your doctor if you’re on a low-sodium diet or managing blood pressure.
