Description

Delightful brownie cookies with a soft, chewy center and a rich chocolaty taste. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
