Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Mix well until all dry ingredients blend together.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and uniform.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms, ensuring everything combines completely.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Shape the dough into small bites, about the size of a marble, and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between bites.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray for a golden color.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, checking to avoid overcooking.
- Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving.
