Description
A simple morning ritual using pink Himalayan salt and warm water to support hydration, digestion, and natural detox.
Ingredients
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon fine pink Himalayan salt
1 glass (8–12 oz) of warm filtered water
Optional: 1–2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Warm your water to a comfortable temperature.
2. Add the pink salt and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Optional: Add lemon juice and stir.
4. Drink on an empty stomach within 30 minutes of waking up.
5. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating breakfast.
Notes
Always use pure pink Himalayan salt, not table salt.
Start with less salt if you’re new to this ritual.
