Description

A delightful dish combining the sweetness of honey with rich butter, creating a perfect glaze for tender chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder together.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken in the skillet and stir to coat.
  5. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes. Squeeze fresh lime or lemon for enhanced flavor.
