Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder together.
- Pour the honey mixture over the chicken in the skillet and stir to coat.
- Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
