Description

A refreshing and naturally detoxifying drink made with lemon, mint, and ice water. This simple beverage helps support hydration, digestion, and energy levels with no added sugar or calories.


Ingredients

  • 1 fresh lemon, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups cold filtered water

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Optional: 4–5 fresh mint leaves

  • Optional: 2 slices cucumber

  • Optional: 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

  • Optional: pinch of pink Himalayan salt


Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the lemon.

  2. Add lemon slices to a large glass or mason jar.

  3. Pour in cold water and add the ice cubes.

  4. Stir well to combine.
