Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Sausage
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 pkg Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 30 oz Hash Browns
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground pork sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes). Add the bacon and cook until browned.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and eggs. Beat until smooth, then mix in the ranch seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the cooked sausage and bacon to the bowl, then stir in the hash browns.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the sausage and hash browns, gently stirring to combine.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, until golden and set.
