Description

This pink salt morning drink supports digestion, hydration, and fat-burning. It’s an easy morning ritual that may help reduce belly fat naturally.


Ingredients

1 glass filtered lukewarm water
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt


Instructions

1. Warm the filtered water until just lukewarm (not hot).
2. Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir well until completely dissolved.
3. Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
4. Wait at least 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.


Notes
