Ingredients
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt 8–10 oz warm water 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat water to warm, not boiling. 2. Stir in pink salt until dissolved. 3. Add lemon juice if using. 4. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Do not exceed 1 serving per day. Not recommended for those on low-sodium diets. Use high-quality, unprocessed pink salt.
