Description

A delicious and easy breakfast casserole that combines the joy of cinnamon rolls with the simplicity of a make-ahead dish. Perfect for cozy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle pecans on top if using.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. In the morning, bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll cans before serving.

Notes
