Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle pecans on top if using.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll cans before serving.
