Description

Delightful bites of warm apples and caramel wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Roll out each biscuit and place a spoonful of the apple mixture and caramel sauce in the center.
  4. Fold the biscuit dough over and seal the edges.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

Notes

Choose a mix of tart and sweet apples and avoid overfilling the dough. For extra flavor, try adding nutmeg or allspice.
