Description

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring ground beef, creamy soup, crispy tater tots, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
