Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream (cold)
- 2 Tbsp non-dairy milk (e.g. nonfat fairlife)

- Pinch fine salt (optional)
Instructions
- Chill all ingredients for 10-15 minutes before use
- Combine cream, milk, jam, vanilla, and salt in a sealed glass jar or frother bowl
- Churn using a milk frother or shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds
- Check consistency: should hold a spoon curl test but remain pourable
- Spoon foam over 8-12 oz iced beverage
