Description

A vibrant plant-based tropical smoothie bowl made with frozen mango, plant-based Greek yogurt, and coconut milk. Topped with fresh kiwi, chia seeds, and coconut flakes for a colorful, nutrient-packed breakfast bursting with tropical flavor and texture.


Ingredients

  • Plant-Based Greek Yogurt 5.3 oz (150g)
  • Frozen Mango 1 cup (140g)
  • Coconut Milk 1/4 cup (60ml)
  • Diced Mango 2 tbsp
  • Sliced Kiwi 2 tbsp
  • Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coconut Flakes 1 tbsp


Instructions

  1. Add plant-based Greek yogurt, frozen mango, and coconut milk to a blender.
  2. Pulse 10-15 times until smooth; add liquid as needed to achieve bowl-friendly consistency.
  3.  Transfer base to a glass or bowl. Arrange diced mango, kiwi slices, chia seeds, and coconut flakes as toppings.
